Seeking a php developer and web designer who can assist with templating cs-cart and interspire shopping carts for us.

We can handle the setup of sites, ssl, etc. however we need a design team to create a stunning template for us as well as create some modifications for us to use for cs-cart.


for the interspire portion, we will be setting up a brand new site and have concept of template ready.
